Incompetent master
Today, 13. 09. 2016, we were waiting for a Optus master who will connect all the wires so that we can start using the selected service. The master came as if to say already dissatisfied. We had 1. 5h at home... tried to do something... when we were asked to run the wires on the floor and immediately the list answered that he would not do it, that it would take 4h. Needless to say, it would not take up anything soon. Because the wire must be run on the ground. I tried to drill a hole in the wall (in the middle of the apartment... although it should start from the entrance to the apartment).. of course nothing really happened. Then said that the hole in the wall of joy leads straight to the wall in the middle of which above objected, because you can pull everything down. Then the above called Optus operators trying to solve this situation, but while talking on the phone this "nice"the master quietly collected his belongings and ran away. Hopefully, another promised master will arrive soon. And the plus junction box staircase remains open. Maybe it would be worthwhile to evaluate more often what people you hire. Not a service and plus damaged day for us.
