Xing have an extremely rude customer support. They do not agree with anything the customer says. They also conflicting information , and it is hard to follow on the cancellation procedure of the account. I would suggest to stay away from them and find another system where you can get better services and more chances to find...

This company is completely disorganized. Terrible customer services. They are tricky so beware of hidden charges you may incurr dealing with this company, XING media, XING events doesnt matter, in my experience they are not very friendly.
