They did grant a cancellation based upon moving, but then invented and demanded a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee was not even fully understood by their head office. They claimed it was GST. But a quick calculation shows that there is not way it was GST. That would have been 10 times what the contract was worth....

I wanted to buy a computer for a Christmas gift. I found an interesting model... Werner was the only one who offered a mouse and a bag as a gift for this computer, so I decided to buy this computer 36ls more expensive. Call them and ask if this computer is available to them and you can get it by Christmas. And I answer that it is available, but it is not on the spot, but it will definitely be until Christmas! It was repeated to me several times! Waiting for a call... Not calling... Christmas is coming, we are calling today (December 27, 2010) and today they say that this computer is not available to them now! Why couldn't I say it right away so I could look elsewhere?
