Poor service

I am a Optus customer, I use the Internet, television, home phone, monthly bill 47 dollars. Contract for more than 5 years. At noon ~ 13. 00 on Saturday, the Internet disappeared, thus digital television, Optus considers it normal to send a service master on Tuesday at 2. 30 pm.
