I call myself again - I am informed that the courier returns the goods to them within three working days and today is once the third day, but the goods are not with them yet. his indignation that the product was wandering around for a week and God only knew what could be done with it in the meantime was completely in vain - that was the procedure (besides, in each phrase the operator addresses my emphasis on behalf of). Ok, if today is the third working day, I am waiting for the news today, so no one is calling. The next day I call myself, I am notified that the product is finally (now yes on the fourth working day) in the warranty department.. by contacting me... waiting.. not waiting... after days I call myself, the whole penteri story from the beginning, to put it mildly, that I'm furious because I've paid for a product that's me.. but I can't use it, but they're my money though. this time I get a stunning message - the manufacturer is involved in this process! What a manufacturer, I don't care what you involve there (I understand that the store is not to blame, that the product is assembled, but I am not to blame for it either). I want to receive MY product, which the store then does with the manufacturer, I am not interested. To be honest, this statement shocked me and raised reasonable suspicionsthat I will not receive anything. I was not informed about how long this procedure will take, only the pierced phrases - we will contact you. I ask the company's management phone number, in vain - no one shares it. I had to inform that I have no choice but to involve the media - BezTabu, etc..., on which I was recited another phrase - it is your right! Beautiful!
