Refund notice

I received an email that my refund had been returned to my account. It has not. I understand it takes a few days for transactions but, why tell me it had when it hasnt? Wrong items ordered.

Fraud, lying and not making promises and we forgot, waiting for the bill for the month and a half in which we used this internet, there were no letters from t2 and so on. T, at least for the fact that the Internet was disconnected. The bill comes in the new month, but not for a month and a half, but for a whole 2 months, but now, the fact that we didn't use the Internet for a month, no one cares, of course, by calling a technician twice and telling him the situation, he says that nothing and that a mysterious error has occurred, that he will disconnect from the Internet and send a new invoice with a recalculation,so that we pay for a month and a half, that is, for the time when the internet was actually used, in the end the invoice was not sent at all, there was no news at all, and one day a message from creditreform arrives, the customer was not invoiced but, ideal.
