Lost Item
In January, I purchased an item shipped by a seller via Dpd. So far I have not received the shipment. The tracking page shows that the courier has removed the shipment from the parcel terminal. The forwarding movement is not visible. I have contacted iExpress - several emails, several calls, a claim application. But - no result. Formal reservations - we will explain, we will think, questions about the appearance of the shipment... iExpress does not take any responsibility.
