Call Operator Service
Today I had to hear a telephone conversation between my mother and Optus call operator Baiba Berzinsh. We have 2 televisions, one of them is Optus with which everything was fine, the other television did not go usually it happens if there are any problems with the internet and therefore the mother called to ask if the internet works normally. The operator's tone and manners did not seem normal to me, she was very irritated, someone had called and she was very intolerant of the question my mother asked about the Internet. I was very sorry to listen to all this, I believe that such people have no place in the field of services. I hope that Optus will do something about it and would also like to praise an employee named Jelena,when my mother called her she was very kind and explained everything very well.
