Call Telstra to find out how to proceed, I received information about the insurance company, I asked myself, will it really be necessary to pay the deductible? - yes, it can be around 40-60 dollars, need clarification, Telstra answer. As a result, for repairs that cost around 200 dollars, I have to pay 140 deductibles, in addition to paying for insurance every month. Is this advantage advantageous for me - of course not. I have a question: why did the employees not provide complete and true information about the service when offering the service? Why was there no word on the deductible and the amount?
