Hello. I wanted to give up Telstra services around the beginning / middle of May. I wrote a letter to mans. Telstra.org, I received a reply with an offer to keep the number. For more than a month, Telstra did not interrupt the service from the moment of notification, tried to offer to keep the number, ignored my wishes, and in the end asked me to refund this period of time, which they delayed! I believe that I should only pay for the May period until I declare that I want to opt out.
