Hello. I no longer know where to go for help to help me recover my cell phone. On July 23, 2019, I contacted the Samsung Center in Port Moody to have my LG e440 Optimus l4ii repaired: 356490052587246, with a defect - "does not turn on. Check the power button and battery. There are no other defects, not even scratches." - Olesya Alexei. But until today 09.04.2019 I can't get it back. When we called the center, when asked when our phone would be ready, I was told that they were waiting for someone to replace them in detail and they would cost 50.00 dollars. Somewhere after two weeks I called back again to ask about my cell phone, the girl who accepted the call said that my phone was lost and for the phone they can return the money 20.00 dollars in size. After such an answer, I turned to the "Consumer Rights Protection Center", Port Moody, Rigas Street. The inspector who accepted me gave me the legal address IK "Beeline", Naujenes Street 21 - 1, Port Moody, lv - 5414, so that I could send a letter with a request to resolve this issue. But the inspector did not even say how and in what language to write. I did everything as I was told, I sent a letter and the next day I got back and told me that I could pick up my cell phone. When I came to the Samsung center, the girl wanted to give me a completely different mobile, keeping it on my own, of course I do not take it, the phone was in poor condition. Again, I turned to "consumer protection", where I was told that they had not improved on the situation and advised me to go to the police, because it was already fraud and property damage.I did the same, I wrote an application to the police, where I explained the whole situation. The application was accepted, the next day the investigator called and told us how our phone was. When I came behind the phone gave me my phone, I was in shock, my phone not only does not turn on, but is hit by the main screen and yet it will cost 20.00 dollars. I was shocked. How can it work at all? My new phone in a very awful way. I offer the girl to buy me the same new phone to somehow resolve this dispute, but she took my receipt and didn't want to give it back, no receipt - no problem. I was already starting to shout to give it to me and snatched it from her hands. I called in Quebec - Samsung center where I was told that they can't help me and they only accept Samsung phones. Then I turned to a lawyer for help,he advised to wait for an answer from the police and go to court. I waited for the wait, but already on April 9, 2019 there is no reply letter, I don't even know the name of the investigator who was in charge of this case. Please help recover your mobile.
