Fraud
I have been a Vodafone customer for about 15 years. Offered to take a try on the router because there is a bad area. After a week, I gave up the phone. Another week later offered a contract with a discount and said he would call in a week. When I returned the router to the customer center, I was told to pay for it 21e. I then wrote to explain the situation that I had not agreed to the contract. Said the employee called but couldn't call and so I seemed to agree to the contract and now I have to pay 141e for breaking the contract. Good business, beep once and charge 141e.
