Takes money for materials and disappears, promises but does nothing

Martie Martinson is unable to recover the equipment installation lead to completion, a man promises everyone perfect service and timely execution of work, but is not able to schedule his time to deliver the installer parts. Also borrows money to buy parts, but does not return. Don't believe any of his names! www.ventagregati.org is like his website, but there is no phone!
