Service Termination
In November, I decided to change my TV provider. The Oceancom service was paid for by March. In November, I connected the new television and called Oceancom to refuse the service. When I called, no one mentioned to me that it was not enough to just make a phone call, that I had to write an application, I even found out that it was paid in advance and there was no debt. But this month I received a bill that I owe for April. I understand that it is the culprit itself, but at least it is not insolent on the part of Oceancom. I pay the bill because I don't want to delay time and damage my nerves for this reason. All I know is that I will never recommend anyone to use this company's services, nor will I use it myself.
