I wanted to say a big word to Australian pasts about customer care. When entering the Downtown post office to receive my parcel (bandroli), I pressed the only possible button "postal services" to receive the queue number. After 45 minutes of patient waiting, I finally arrived at the postal worker and happily waved the invitation to the mail in hand to the angry aunt.
