Doesn’t work as advertised

It will not retrieve deleted text messages. The phone has to be on the same WiFi as the computer and in the same room. You might as well pick up the phone and look yourself. It would be quicker and easier. The tech line is nonexistent. In my opinion, they misrepresent the capabilities of the product.

Refused any type of refund when I chose wrong operating system. I was looking at android and then when I selected purchase it defaulted to Apple, not helpful at all.

They refuse all refunds even within 24 hours. I selected wrong software and then tried to cancel purchase, thought I did and purchased it again. They charged me for both and refused any refund. They suggested reading refund policy over and over in our email exchanges.

No don’t do it will not do refunds

when you sign up for this its suppose to be a free trial period, but they bill you up front and then when I couldn’t use it they refused a refund. Totally unhappy with this company. Anyone out there I warn you to be extremely cautious of this company
