I ordered an AuAir Payment Card for half a year when I arrive but did not expect, Wrote that the card is already making -3 dollars, but I haven't seen the card yet by calling the answer little girl 15 years old couldn't even talk: D. I asked if you can return 14 dollars for the card back said no monthly weight 3 dollars :(during the first half of the year -18 dollars :(. Who can help how to return the money?
