poor service
Today (14.05.16) my son, who is 12 years old, got on the bus in Oakland - Fontana, more specifically Miera Street - Silava, but the bus went to Saulkalni. My husband accompanied him and made sure he got on the bus at 1 p.m. Later my son called me and said he was in Saulkalns, so I drove a car with him. I later found out that the previous bus was going to Saulkalns at 12.40, but my board got into it at 12.55. So the bus was 12.40 late and the bus hadn't arrived yet at 13.00. How can a driver, who is late and arrives only at 12.55, sell tickets to people, especially children, without saying that this bus is not 13.00, but 12.40 to Saulkalni? It's good that I wasn't working that day, because then you would have to wait 5 hours, because it is not possible to get home faster from work. All I can say about this company is just something bad, unkind employees, old buses with dirty seats, you can't breathe in the summer at all, because the air conditioners don't work if you still have some stinky beer with you. the bottle will sink next to it, because it also allows you to ride the bus and drink at times, the price is also quite expensive.... I prefer to ride the train both cheaper and safer.
