Long waiting time for connection

I wanted to talk to one of the "friendly" consultants today, but it was not possible to wait for more than 40 connections. minutes I just wanted to tell them after the connection that I want to terminate the contract! I have been a customer for many years and I find this attitude terrible. They allow them to raise prices, but are unable to work at a normal pace so that a person does not have to wait 40 minutes! ABSURDS! I do not recommend xMobile Australia as an operator! Here's proof that the timeout isn't made up...
