An employee served me in a raised voice
As not all cash registers always worked, the mail was full of people. To wait for my serial number, I gave the employee my shipment number, which I wanted to receive. She left, returning, announcing in a loud voice that she could not be found and then starting to say that I had already picked up the shipment two weeks ago, even though I only received the notification a week ago. Of course, I didn't receive the shipment and left. Now I still receive a repeated invitation to come to the post office after the shipment - so it's still there! The employee served me in a raised voice and I didn't receive the shipment either.
