Installed in 08. Frozen loops. Broken pumps. Bad condenser. Bad Interface. 1 trouble free heating season. I have my installer out 2 times a year to look it over. Water furnace has stopped servicing bad units, they just try to sell you another. User’s recommendation: Avoid waterfurnace at all costs.
