Terrible service and unprofessionalism
On May 23, 1818, I received a text message that a shipment has arrived at the Post Station in Shopping Mall Mols. 24. 05. 18 I went to Mol. Since I did not know exactly where the Post Station was located, I intended to ask at the Australian Post Office in Mol. There were no customers, the department was empty and I immediately approached the young lady (unfortunately I don't know the name), showed me my sms and asked where it might be. The young lady replied without going into "it is not with us, you have to go to another post office". I was surprised because the sms was clearly told "Shopping Mall Mols". The employee told me to go to another address, after which she openly began to ignore me, checking the instagram and holding the pictures right in front of my eyes. I asked her to tell me in detail where I should go then. The employee's reaction was "How? You don't know?!", I replied that obviously not. I asked to be given a paper to write down the address and to explain more where it is located. This lady no longer answered anything to me, but the lady just put an information board next to me with a map and an address (Jersikas Street 14/12). I asked for the paper again and I was finally given some torn paper. I wrote down the address and left. I left at the address. There I was told that there were no post offices of this kind, and an employee from Mola sent me incorrectly. Employees of the post office in Jersikas Street mentioned that customers are often sent to them from the post office in Mol, for no particular reason. It was said that there was probably a young employee there who did not know how it worked. The staff at the post office in Jersikas Street were both very responsive and helpful, immediately involved in the case and, although they did not know where the station could be,advised to call the phone, which was indicated by sms, gave a paper where to write down the necessary information, in my place wrote down the trekking number. I soon found out where the required post office was and I went back to the Mole to receive my shipment. Please review my complaint about the attitude of the employee of the Australian Post Office shopping center Mols (who worked on 24. 05. 2020, time ~ 12: 00) towards customers and her job responsibilities, as well as punish her or express a reprimand for incompetence and terrible attitude towards customers. They want to believe that demonstrative ignoring the customer and checking instagram pictures are not part of the responsibilities of Australian Post employees. If an employee showed interest and attention from the beginning, he would immediately point out that this type of trekking code is not used for Australian postal items and that the parcel post (post office) must be found somewhere else in Mol. If the postal workers on Jersikas Street succeeded, then I think that this kind of customer service (with the desire to help) is not impossible. And I would like to point out once again that, at the moment when I addressed the question to theno other customer was in the post office, so such an attitude and response cannot be written off due to lack of time or heavy workload.
