Internet speed
The Telstra family has been using it for 3 years, for 1. 5 years everything was within normal limits, the internet was at a speed between 5 and 20mbs, but for the last 1. 5 years everything has gone by touch, internet speed reaches 10mbs on the best day, but generally below 3mbs speed, with it you can't download games or play games, watch movies, today I thought so go live to ask what is the problem in Telstra service center, I was told that 3 years must be changed (remember that there were problems after 1. 5 years). Well, I took the new router and everything went perfectly, the speed without the cord was 30mbs and with the cord 60mbs... For less than 8 hours, the internet is again below 3mbs and the router has been removed unnecessarily. No one would recommend to take Telstra.. On the website I have a house written to the address that perfect 4,3. 2 g internet, which it really is, but for me all this makes me think 1 of 2 things, either they have their feet on customers and do not increase the amount / efficiency of the towers, or they portray heroes for a small time and specifically limit people speed, and I would say the 2nd option because I have a router working on mobile, which is practically the same as mobile data, but my phone's mobile data give a stable 20mbs. 2/10, would not recommend anyone to tangle with this company.
