When I left home, when my mother wanted to insert her sim card into the new phone, it turned out that the size of the sim card was not small enough to be inserted into the new phone. It was also necessary to remind several times that due to the campaign "Energy for your summer!", A portable charger is also worth a gift, even after all the documents have been drawn up and signed. If a person is not interested in communicating, explaining and selling a product as well as possible, then I believe that such a person is not a suitable position in trade, where contact with people is inevitable, somewhere else in the field of communication. And if either employee is a young person,then the training process should be followed more closely. Such service makes you think about xMobile company and the quality of its services. My mother will hardly want to return to this salon, where she is treated so carelessly, but she will even need a new card... she may go to another operator, where the treatment of the client will be humane.
