Very poor service
Once upon a time, furniture was OK service and there were no complaints. Payment is being made, delivery will take place in 1-2 weeks. But not this year. I can't say what happened, but the company vnk imposes "soft" on everything. The order was placed and paid for in early April. After that, silence for almost a month - it is not reported that something is delayed or something else, do not have time to call. Somehow I got to call someone (because the phone is not picked up) and then the courier brought part of the order, because he sees leads from different IKEA locations and something was from Poland. When asked to bring the rest no one can answer. It's been 2. 5 months and the whole order is still not fulfilled and no one still wants to call or inform about the delivery date or solve the situation. I have probably lost the remaining amount for the outstanding order. I highly recommend not sending anything from AZ and waiting for your local IKEA to open.
