The service is absolutely horrible since their is no one that helps you. Theirs no number we can call or actual person to message you with a response -10/10
They no longer do voice talking to you its either website or whats up *** poor customer service. It is impossible to get any kind of customer service with them right now. I suggest you do not use this airline User’s recommendation: Fly someone else.
I have no customer service only by WhatsApp and they dont answer my text its crazy that an air line as big as volaris they dont have good customer service to fix this problems viva fix my problem in 5 min that its so sad on the picture you could see the time and I been trying...

Hello! I've been to all kinds of cafes and bistros lately, I don't know if the crisis is pushing or what's the matter, but everywhere the food seems fresh.. :(foreign language lunch "flies at lunch".. we were really confused by the assortment offered, a smiling self-cook came to me and chased jokes helped us to choose.. really very pleasant... we had lunch and enjoyed the nice atmosphere ara terasee.! everything was so delicious, difficult where to connect! recommend to come in for lunch! really '' foreign language seetas '' safi tried... so keep it.. good luck!
