Home 4g internet speed
Hobart, city center. I took home 4g. For the first 3 days the internet speed is stable at 40-50mbps. Then barely 3mbps. I inserted the same Telewl2 4g sim card in the phone and launched Hostpot. Internet speed 40-50mbps. I put the card back in the router, speed 2-5mbps. The router in the center of Telstra was replaced. But no change. The signal strength displayed on the router is full, but when connecting to a router with a Huawei application, the signal strength is weak. I received an offer from Telstra customer service center to buy an antenna for a 4g router. But when I asked if the antenna would solve the problem, the answer was "I can't answer, possible. "Buy an antenna for ~ 45 € which probably would not give results - thanks no. I want to know from Telstra. Why is there such a big difference in DL speed - when inserting a sim card in a phone, why is the speed 10x higher?
