I didn't receive the goods, deception
I ordered the goods from the I-store 1A.org, on their part everything was in order, delivered the goods on time "FedEx ". The goods should have been in the parcel terminal on 05. 02. 2016, I received two calls from FedEx during the day, asking back... why was the call, both times the operator could not answer my questions, said that he would call back as soon as it was clarified. There was no callback, I called back myself and only then I was informed that the goods I ordered did not fit in the parcel terminal! Why was the order accepted at all, if the dimensions do not match?! I offer to pick up the product by myself, of course such an offer was not approved! Then I received information that I would have to wait until 08. 02. 2016 to receive the goods, bringing the courier. I was not at all satisfied with this message, I said that I am waiting for the goods until 18:00 the next day, to which I answered "courier does not work on holidays", nonsense! The goods are delivered to the parcel terminals, so it works! I asked the operator, why should I wait extra if everything I needed was done? Nothing could be answered. Several times during the conversation there was silence on the part of the employee. The next day I looked at the goods I ordered, it turns out.. just arrived at the destination in the morning... I called customer support from the same number... I called for two hours, no one answered the calls, then I imagined to call from another number, of course answered! I asked if the goods would be delivered, said the courier would call until 17:00 and deliver! There was no smell from the courier's call! Purest misleading customers!
