Product Liability. Pulling with both hands, New Grow bag, tore off. Fell on Railroad tie. No call from VIVOSUN.

My speed controller isn’t working for my 6 inch inline tube fan

Once I plugged in my fan it works but the speed controller doesn’t seem to work, the speed or power doesn’t seem to decrease or increase but stays the same, whether I turn the *** slowly up and down.
