Fraud, poor service

I approached Shopping Center SuperMarket. I parked the car and entered my car no. In the specially designed device inside the store. The message that I can walk freely for 2 hours appears. But coming out after 20 min. I have been sentenced. I am challenging this penalty because it is already outside all normal limits. Just as well, the company can ever say that I have not entered my car number.
