I need an updated statement for a mortgage company

I’ve been trying to get my statement that says my balance is 140.00 dollars so I can give to my mortgage company so I can buy a house I’ve been calling since Thursday trying to get this statement and I’ve been getting a statement that says 415.00 dollars which is not correct
