Return of goods

Parcel arrived opened and I immediately returb it back the same day. I believe it was collected the day and was still in transit back to very up till today.and I sent it back on the 21st June via yodel k wasn’h appy as youcan understand. User’s recommendation: Keep your return slip.

Faulty delivery

Not resolved but decided to just keep the faulty item as very were unhelpful. The item was delivered with two large stains User’s recommendation: Not great customer service.
