Can’t talk to anyone to resolve a purchase issue

Bought tickets online and tried to reach them via phone, was on hold for over 1 hr, I finally hung up. Contacted customer service and received no reply. Went back into site and there is NO record of the tickets purchased but I received an email. HELP! User’s recommendation: book directly.
