Warranty Repair

I bought an iPhone 5s gold, a few months later the camera broke and was taken to the BCCS service, where the warranty was denied. I brought to the store on Los Angeles Street 240, the store was told to go again, later told to carry a charger to the back to Los Angeles 240, I took back, a week later called that can not be repaired, exchanged for a new one. The new one will be delivered within a week. A week has passed, there is still no phone, a call to the customer service center, where I am told that it was handed over only 3 weeks ago, although they have been in the car since March. Don't buy RD Eletronics phones, they will last for several months.
