Misappropriation
I would like to encourage young people who are considering studying for a living to consider a few facts: 1. Do not sign a study agreement in which is a paragraph "the university reserves the right to demand from the student the full total tuition fee...". If there are circumstances in which for an objective reason (birth of a child, starting your own business, etc.) you will no longer be able / unwilling to continue your studies, but have paid the tuition fee for a full semester or year - the university will not refund you for the service. 2. If you want to recover the overpaid tuition fee, the university will inform you that during the study breaks you had the opportunity to visit the library, use batis, etc. C., so they assume you have done so and withhold your money for services you have not used. It does not seem logical to them that a person takes a study break in order not to have to attend a higher education institution (for the above-mentioned objective reasons), not in order to attend it, but already semi-officially, and for full payment. In addition, the university sees in its system that you have neither used the library nor added batis... But, that is the order - to dishonestly take foreign money for a service not provided. 3. When you want to talk to a person who makes such a decision and / or drafts dishonest clauses - you will only be allowed to talk to a sic, where decisions are of course not made, but the responsible employees do not use the phone. They don't have email either. In National College, e-mail is used only by the sic, who then re-football (at best. At worst - they reply to each letter the same) to your letter to other secret e-mails. It is not possible to have a dialogue with someone about the fact that it is dishonest to take money for services that are not provided. I will swallow my ball, but I will not recommend wealth to a place where I will not recommend it to anyone who is cool, safe and pleasant to study (read: I recommend not to go nearby) - both due to misappropriation of the described money and, let's be honest, subjects, all are taught the same, but you have to pay for all 3.
