I would like to inform about a repeated negative experience with a Vodafone employee in Bauska (shopping center rimi premises, Pionieru Street 2, Bauska), about Lucas Gorshkovs' incompetence and disinterest in solving the client's problems. 12/07/2020 Going to a face-to-face consultation in the evening and asking for help, because the phone memory card was full and I could not technically open the phone gallery to delete only unnecessary pictures, Lucas Gorshkovs did not look at the phone and immediately go into my problem. to do, because the existing one has been for two years. I offer him to look at the phone, maybe he can help me and offer a solution without deleting all the information. He quickly erased all the data from the sd card in a few steps without even asking me if I was willing to delete all the data from the card because the card contained important information and pictures for me. To my indignation at why he erased all the information from the card, he replied: you wanted to help you! But not by deleting all the information from the phone! I believe that Lucas Gorshkovs does not have the necessary competence and desire to work with clients, his activity is not focused on customer satisfaction with the received service, which I have already verified! If he already works with clients, then such a person should be focused on kind, competent service and the most positive solution to the client's problems. If not, then look for another job without contact with people! Unfortunately, I did not expect that from Lucas Gorshkovs!
