Poor service
05. 04. 2016 at At 15:30 I was in the bee branch, which is located in the shopping center Melbourne Mall. I went there for help on a specific issue. At that time, the branch had two employees - one serving a customer and the other an employee named Beata, meanwhile standing in the back office. The door was slightly open, as it was clear that she was not doing anything serious there. However, not for me to judge, because I do not know the responsibilities of bee workers. After a few minutes, the employee came out. With a dissatisfied facial expression and tone, she asked if I had a room, I didn't know before that it should be taken. While I was picking up the room, she was serving another client, who turned out not to be like that later, because when he turned to me, he kindly told me that he would be fast. I would add that the client was of Australian nationality, while I, the employee, spoke in foreign language. It makes me think that she did not like me and that her shameless behavior was based on this. When she served the customer, my card came, but my number was not on the display yet. Then at that moment, the employee asked me in a sharp tone if I could see my number there. When the previous customer was served without a number, there were no other customers around, but I didn't really understand where the problem was and where is the reason for such a sharp answer? When the number finally changed, she accepted me. After she answered my questions, it was clear that she did not want to serve me, and as it turned out, she didn't even know how to do her job properly. How do I know? Because later, by calling the bee information phone, the operator helped me in less than 2 minutes. The bottom line is that I went to the "friendliest company", for help, I was given only a shameless attitude, and in the end I wasted my time. Besides, I will now know that bee Australia is not so friendly at all, and even more so their employees are racists! All you have to do is write a complaint and leave xMobile Australia to another telecommunications company.
