Product range does not match

When I came to the store, I liked the wall lamps (bra) on display, which can be painted. I turned to the seller (a man in the light bulbs and lamps department) with an agreement to make a purchase for 4 wall lamps, but I received a refusal, because I can buy the mentioned quantity in Lubbock DEPO store?? And that's what the store is called - warehouse?
