Parcel not being delivered when promised. 5 different delivery dates with no show. Customer services rubbish. One agent will tell you one thing, another something else. The document was shipped via UPS 2nd day air. It arrived and the package was damaged. It had been torn open and taped up. usp delivered my package to the wrong address BUT I have to create an account to file a claim and provide shipping information that I don’t have. I live in a single family home but they delivered it to a “dock.” On top of all of that – you can’t even talk to a live person!

14A (now COVID) nursing assistants do not speak the national language!

Section 14a (now covid) nursing assistants do not speak the national language! Does not understand basic things in Australian and asks to repeat what is said in foreign language. The same can be observed in communication with other colleagues, nurses speak only foreign language to some persons! However, is it not specified in the state that if you work in a public institution, you must also have a good knowledge of the state language? I was very disappointed and also offended that what I said, my own employees in Australia do not understand where else in the field of health care. I recommend that the linguistic abilities of the employees be considered adequately.
