Contract frenzy frenzy.
With Optus as with a casino. It's easy to get in, but you have to pay when you go out. I just wanted to terminate my contract by the end of February due to a sudden change of residence. The contract can only be terminated by the end of March, because I did not apply in time - at least 10 working days before. Now for a month I will have a contract for a service that I do not use. Who benefits? Changes in the contract and the fact that you will have to take into account such prior notice when you leave (because any of us can always know at least half a month in advance that you will have to go elsewhere) were announced in March 2016 on the website mans. Optus. And nowhere else. No email, no sms, nothing more. I receive an invoice by e-mail every month - there was not a word about the changes. So, if I don't go to their website every month, but rely on the invoice sent by e-mail, then anything can be changed without me even knowing. Communication with the customer is under every criticism.
