In early February, I took my phone to the Damme branch of the shopping center with a specific problem - taking out the sim card broke the sim socket. Phone on the agenda - I use youtube, facebook, etc., just can't call. Took on diagnostics. The next day I received a call that the repair plus parts would cost 50 bucks and the phone would be ready by the end of the week. Glad that everything will be ready in such a fast time, of course, agreed to repair. I am waiting - no and no.. after a week I came to ask myself how to repair. Details have not arrived, wait a bit. I was here again a week later - exactly the same story. Another week later... Yesterday, March 15, my mayor was full and I went after him - I think I will take him to the condition he is in and take him to another workshop. To my great surprise, the phone was ready - the socket was changed several days ago and the thrower was dismantled on the table. The master put the parts together, gave me the phone and told me that he was discharged, but everything was fixed and working. When I said that I wanted to check if everything was working and only then pay for the repairs, it turns out - the phone no longer charges and does not turn on! BEAUTIFUL! Since my dissatisfaction was obvious instead of 50 dollars I get an offer to pay 24.12... I'm willing to pay the full amount for repairs as we agreed by phone, but if I can't check if everything works for what I pay for? In the end, the master offered to pick up the phone at home, charge it there,check and only then pay now 24 dollars.. That's what I did. 5 hours at the charger and CHIKS. The charger no longer charges for 15 minutes, it cannot be switched on. In the evening I called the same branch and the same master, explained the situation. I was offered to pay now 12 dollars for the sim socket itself. When I asked who would compensate me for the fact that the phone is now thrown in the trash - you don't have to pay anything more! WTF? Added that I can take it to another master to try to get the phone to life and if I succeed - it will be grateful to receive them for 12 dollars for a part. Now, I have to bring someone else again to find a problem long wait... Madness! Dear people, go past this office with a big bend!cannot be turned on.
