Bad treatment of employees

Management does not value employees by promising a good salary, bonuses, insurance and other benefits when they start work. In real life it is not, on the contrary, it is all the time deducted from the salary, insurance is not at all, and the hourly rate is even lower than the national rate! Management lives by the principle of doing what I want, if we don't like it we will find another employee!
