Rubbed off and the dye on the Union Bay has been staining my socks

Bought these slippers brand new the fur inside them is all worn down, I wear socks with them and the red Union Bay tag inside my slippers has rubbed off into my white socks and ruin them is it possible to just get another pair of slippers? User’s recommendation: Buy More Union bay products!
