At the rebuke, where those scratches are, they began to show me: yes, against the light, with a magnifying glass. Returned the phone - without protective film. Because the screen has changed. I ask where it will write - it's called contact cleaning (?!). I ask, and what, now do I have to buy and glue the protective film myself? I pay with film! Yes, it doesn't have to be otherwise. Hardly any good - a practically carefully spared, undamaged phone with a protective film is described as scratched, and then, if I think they are "bumping", then it is said that it doesn't tend to be otherwise. I ask where I need to sign that I received the phone and note that it was not returned as it was taken - not needed. In short - what do I think here... I don't like that service.
