Be careful when ordering items on the company's website! In order to order the product, the last step is MANDATORY payment for the product. Withdrawn money from my card immediately and after 2 days I received a call that my ordered items are not in stock. To get my money back I have to write an application and wait another 14 days. Absurd, in all online stores, the manager initially checks the product and then the customer makes the payment. Here, on the contrary, freezes the money for 16 days and I need to return my money with the help of the application. In addition to all this, it was not possible to receive the product I ordered on the spot (in Riga), although the product was in the store itself, only more expensive, so all that was left was to choose delivered so as not to drive behind Fort Wayne. When the manager called to let me know that they did not have access to this product, please or have the same on the spot, only in a different color that I saw in the online store. They can't send me the same item in another color because I have to place a new order, I have to pay for the item again and then see if it's on the spot. The answers to the complaint are provided in the usual e-mail form with spelling and grammatical errors.
