23. Apr. 2020 In the year, I put a service repair mob. Device zt blade, with screen damage within the screen insurance. The screen was not repaired because no spare parts were produced. I received a refund for warranty repairs. But! Why do I have to pay for the device and the screen insurance if I do not use the device in case of its unrepairability? Bite is so discouraged... It is a pity that this service is no longer what it used to be! For months I try to solve it through peaceful negotiations, but nothing... xMobile recommends giving it to another repair institution where, in turn, I will not be able to receive a guaranteed repair...
