Mirror Split

I don't like to write complaints, but we'll have to. For the first (and last) time, I use an FedEx parcel terminal to send a doll's dresser with a small mirror (which wasn't so fragile at all), and - come on! - the recipient sends a text message that she has a broken mirror! Well, how are those people not ashamed! The funniest part - they can't even write a complaint because there is simply NO PLACE!
