Can no longer see arrows left or right to follow more pics of a home

a few days ago everything was fine for years. I touched nothing or adjusted anything. However now, i cant even get by the opening pic. there are no arrows to click on on either side. i am lost for thought of how to be able to click to pic more of home.

Major scammers! They had a house listed as for rent for $700 a month. Clearly too good to be true, I requested more information to see what the catch was.
