Poor customer service
About 2 months ago, I ended my relationship with Vodafone because of lazy amateurs at the customer center. For my peace of mind, I also returned the mobile modem (battery bursty). It was announced that there would be one more bill for the use of the Internet for a few days of the current month. I paid the bill. Less than a month later, another bill for non-performance was followed, which was an unfair surcharge because I had left the "holy cow". When returning the mobile modem, a My Client Center representative didn't mention anything like that. I will contact customer service. Promised to delete the bill. About 2 weeks later came an sms that the process "is not so fast". After another 2 weeks, a threat letter arrived warning that the unjust bill had to be paid urgently. Think 10 times before you become a Vodafone customer - entice with a discount, then act negligently and irresponsibly and turn the discount into a decent profit.
