Wood shaved and wrapeded around shaft, unable to get to blade

while chippening a 2.5 inch log with small branches the log split and small strips wraped around the shaft. I looked at the manual and the pictured was different, I saw a round disk. It is impossible to di assemble as I cant reach nutes in hopper.. Now It is frozen.
